About the Role

We're looking for a reliable

Driver / Labourer

to join our busy reinstatement and maintenance team. The role involves a mix of driving, site labouring, deliveries, and general support to trades across multiple jobs in the Scotland area.

You'll be representing AIM on live insurance reinstatement projects, so punctuality, a tidy appearance, and a professional attitude are a must.

Main Duties

Safely transport materials, tools, and waste between depots, suppliers, and job sites Assist trades on site with lifting, carrying, stripping out, and basic prep work Keep vans clean, stocked, and well maintained Load and unload materials in line with manual handling guidance Collect and dispose of waste responsibly at designated recycling centres Support site supervisors with day-to-day site setup and deliveries Ensure paperwork, job sheets, and timesheets are completed accurately

Requirements

Full clean UK driving licence (essential) Previous experience in a labouring or construction environment preferred Good awareness of site safety and manual handling Reliable, punctual, and able to work on own initiative Positive, can-do attitude with strong work ethic CSCS card preferred but not essential
