Timsons Engineering Ltd has been providing the engineering industry with a diverse range of castings for over 80 years. We provide castings right through to finished machines parts in all different sizes and weights.
We currently have a requirement for a driver/labourer working from Kettering to various customer locations.
A clean driving licence with minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, have a good attention to detail, good commination skills, be physically fit, have manual dexterity, a practical mind set and ability to work as part of a team.
Duties to include:
Daily checks on vehicles before use.
Driving drop side Transit to deliver customer orders and pickup/deliver to suppliers.
Driving other company vehicles when required
General labouring duties when not driving.
Working a 37.5 hour week plus overtime when available. Benefits include a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (taken at Christmas), sick pay scheme, contributory pension scheme and free life assurance.
