We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver / Labourer to join our scaffolding team. The successful candidate must hold a valid licence to drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle and will be responsible for the safe transport, loading, and unloading of scaffolding materials to and from sites.
In addition to driving duties, you will also be expected to assist scaffolders on-site when required, supporting the erection and dismantling of scaffolding and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and operate a 7.5t wagon to deliver and collect scaffolding materials.
Load and unload vehicles safely, ensuring all materials are secured properly.
Assist scaffolders with manual handling and general site labouring tasks.
Maintain the vehicle in a clean, roadworthy condition and complete basic checks.
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients and site staff.
Requirements
Valid 7.5t (C1) driving licence
Experience within the scaffolding or construction industry is preferred but not essential.
Good physical fitness and willingness to carry out manual labour.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
