Driver/Operator

to join our Rail team based in

Colchester

.

What you'll be doing

Your Responsibilities




Operate and maintain a range of

On-Track Machinery (OTM)

on behalf of our customer.


Who we're looking for

Essential Skills & Experience




Prior experience operating on-track plant, or a strong willingness to learn. Ability to carry out

minor maintenance and repairs

. A proactive and positive attitude within a

dedicated team

working on high-profile contracts. Flexibility to work

nights, weekends, bank holidays

, and adapt to short-notice changes. Strong appreciation for

customer service

and relationship building. Clear and concise communication skills, both

verbal and written

. A

valid UK driving licence

with no more than

6 penalty points

.

Desirable Attributes




Comfortable using computers and basic digital tools. Awareness of

railway health and safety standards

, especially those related to train operations.
