Driver's Helper (seasonal)
Job Description
Apex Firewood LTD - Job opening. Drivers mate / Yard operative.
This is a temp position until Feb 28th 2026 but could lead to fulltime work.
Part time 3 days a week Monday / Wednesday / Friday. Could lead to 5 days.
Working hours between 6am - 2pm Rate of pay: begins at national minimum wage.
Yard location Glanamman, Ammanford.
Duties will include, assisting the delivery driver to load orders on the van for delivery, checking stock levels in the yard, using various machines in the yard, bagging logs and kindling. Ideal candidate must have good communication skills, be punctual and reliable.
Experience not essential, training will be given.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 7.60-12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
