Job Description

Duties
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle
- Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation
- Follow delivery routes and ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Help navigate and provide directions to the driver as needed
- Communicate effectively with the driver and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking fuel levels and tire pressure

Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is recommended
- Ability to drive a van or other commercial vehicles but not necessary
- Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and loading/unloading them safely
- Excellent communication skills to interact with the driver and customers
- Familiarity with delivery routes and ability to navigate using GPS or maps

Please note that this position may not involve driving the vehicle all the time, but rather assisting the driver in various tasks related to transportation and delivery. We have also requested "Installer" and this will be something that after training we would expect to be carried out.

Installing washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, refrigeration TVs, etc efficiently, ensuring everything works perfectly and showing customers how to use their new products.

-Maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Please note:

This role does involve

heavy lifting

of large household appliances such as washing machines, fridge freezers, dishwashers, ovens, cookers, sound systems, and televisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 8.60-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
