Summary

We are currently seeking a Driver's Mate to join our team at

Avdar Group.
Your role will be to support delivering parcels, contacting the customers with arrival times and following a pre-made route to ensure excellent customer service all from the passenger seat of our fully insured, clean and modern vans.

Responsibilities

Assist drivers with loading and unloading goods from vehicles. Ensure that deliveries are made on time and in good condition. Communicate effectively with customers, your driver and warehouse staff to coordinate deliveries. Help maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory via a mobile app. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during operations.

Requirements

Experience in a delivery or warehouse environment preferred but not essential. Ability to perform manual handling tasks. Strong verbal communication skills for effective teamwork. Valid driver's license is a plus but not required for this position. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
