Position: Drivers Mate / Assistant

Salary: 28,674.87

Location: Reading - RG2 0BS

Shift patterns: Monday-Friday - Start time: Between 04:30-06:00am

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

We're now looking for a Drivers Mate to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Multi drop delivery of products to customers premises, delivering bulk loads, picked directly from vehicle for delivery to customer (covering: Reading, Luton and London areas) You will be required to work 2x weekends in December as this is their busiest time of year Some of the deliveries will be in Central London Count and check all products, compare to manifest and complete a visual check for any anomalies and damages Working in a physically demanding environment in a safe manner Manual handling will be required for this role
