The Role:

As a Drivers Mate/Installer, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for a range of deliveries and installations. Your role will involve driving to various locations, handling heavy products, and ensuring effective communication with customers and team members. Your customer service skills will be vital for success and must always be the forefront of what you do.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries

- Deliver & Install white goods into customers homes.
- Safely and efficiently handle and move products

- Keep customers up to date with arrival times
- Communicate effectively with the team members
- Follow delivery schedules and time windows
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries

About You:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting, as this role involves moving and handling large items
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with the team and a wide range of customers
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of goods
- Physical stamina and endurance to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

Pay: From 27,500.00 per year
