Job Description

Self Employed drivers mate required for 2 person delivery contract. Must be reliable, of smart appearance. You will be responsible for helping the driver carry out deliveries to home addresses throughout the UK. A good telephone manner and customer service is required as you will be meeting and speaking to all your customers. Must be able, physically fit as some heavy lifting is required. Some nights away may be required

As a Driver's Mate, you will support the delivery driver in transporting goods efficiently and safely. With premium skills in delivery driver experience and commercial driving, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the delivery process. Your relevant skills in warehouse experience and heavy lifting will be valuable in loading and unloading items. Strong communication skills will also be crucial in coordinating with the driver and ensuring timely deliveries. Join our team and be an integral part of our logistics operations.

Must be ok with early morning starts, some runs leave at 5am- must also be ok with heavy lifting

Also must be willing to support the warehouse with Shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

10 hour shift 12 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
