It's all about making a good impression with your appearance, manner and the look of your vehicle. Ensuring goods are delivered in a first class condition, completing all necessary paperwork and above all, leaving everyone you meet with a really positive impression of you and our business.
Responsibilities
Packing / unloading the vehicle at delivery point and making sure that items are easily accessible. Checking that all of the items are accounted for against delivery sheets. Examining the vehicle before setting off, checking the load is safe. Telephoning customers to confirm delivery times. Planning routes, navigating and advising the driver about diversions. Removing packaging and placing items at the customer's request. Obtaining delivery signatures from customers. Ensuring goods are delivered and collected safely and with no damage
