We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dedicated team of support workers in providing the highest quality of care to our supported persons.

Responsibilities

? Delivery of person-centered care in accordance with individual Care Plans.

? Safely transporting service users in accordance with Driving at Work requirements under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.

? Promote independence, inclusion & personal choice whilst respecting dignity, equality & privacy

? Support with daily routines including Personal Care, Mealtimes & Social Activities.

? Update & Maintain records in line with Vestacare Confidentiality & Data Protection Agreements

? Dispensing & Recording required medication following Vestacare company Policy & Procedures.

? Commitment to personal training & learning development

? Understanding of Learning Disabilities

? Previous experience of working in a care setting
