About the Role

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused

Driver/Valet

to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in safe driving, enjoys interacting with people, and is eager to contribute to a smooth, welcoming experience for both staff and visitors.

In this role, you will be responsible for transporting staff between designated pick-up and drop-off points in and around Perth, ensuring safety and comfort at all times. You'll also assist with parking and valet operations, while maintaining high standards of professionalism, organisation, and service.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport staff to and from work, following all traffic and safety protocols. Carry out vehicle checks before each journey to ensure roadworthiness. Assist staff with queries and provide helpful information about the facility. Support valet/linen operations onsite when needed. Keep vehicles clean, well-presented, and orderly. Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with site policies. Handle staff issues or concerns calmly and professionally. Operate a variety of vehicles, including 9- and 17-seater minibuses. Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure security and report any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues and managers to maintain excellent service standards.

What We're Looking For

A

valid UK driving licence

with a maximum of 6 penalty points (essential). Minimum

1 year of driving experience

(commercial or delivery driving experience is a plus). Previous experience in a

driving

is desirable. Basic

mechanical knowledge

for simple vehicle maintenance is preferred. Strong

communication skills

and a professional, approachable manner. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
