Valeter/Driver

.

Applicants must be able to valet to a high standard with good attention to detail and time management. Collection/Delivery duties will include the collection of customers accident damaged vehicles; completion of handover documents, vehicle checks and images on both customers vehicle and courtesy vehicle.

Collection/Delivery area is typically within 30 miles of base. Basic working hours are 8.00am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri, however, some flexibility in working hours may be necessary to meet the customer requirements and any additional hours paid at an enhanced overtime rate.

As a frontline member of staff, applicants must display an understanding of excellent customer service and support the business in providing a first-class customer journey to our clients and customers.

Previous experience in a similar customer service role is highly desirable. A valid driving licence is essential, with a clean driving record preferred.

Pay: 28,730.00-32,630.00 per year
