Job Purpose:

To ensure the safe transportation and professional presentation of motorcycles. This dual role involves collecting and delivering motorcycles, valeting them to a high standard, and ensuring the transport van is well-maintained and roadworthy at all times.

Key Responsibilities:Driving Duties:

Safely collect and deliver motorcycles to customers, dealerships, service centres, and events. Conduct pre-delivery checks and ensure all required documentation is completed. Load and secure motorcycles in transport vehicles in accordance with safety procedures. Perform regular checks on the company van including oil, tyre pressures, fluid levels, and general roadworthiness. Report any maintenance issues or defects with the van immediately. Keep the van clean, tidy, and presentable inside and out at all times. Represent the business professionally at all times, maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Valeting Duties:

Clean, polish, and detail motorcycles to showroom standards. Carry out deep cleaning, decontamination, and finishing of used and new motorcycles. Ensure all motorcycles are visually inspected and flagged for any defects or damage. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the valeting bay and equipment.

Skills & Experience Required:

Full, clean UK driving licence (motorcycle licence preferred but not essential). Previous experience in vehicle valeting or detailing is desirable. Knowledge of motorcycles and basic mechanical awareness. Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work. Good time management and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
