Hours

: 42.5 hours per week, 8.5 hours per day Monday to Friday and working on a Saturday on a rota basis with occasions where overtime may be required.

Permanent, Full Time with 22 days annual leave and bank holidays

We provide various options for Vehicle Hire, Accident Management and Maintenance Services from our workshops and mobile technicians. We are a leading provider of transport refrigeration systems, air conditioning solutions and converting panel vans into commercial, refrigerated vehicles.

Job Requirements:

Responsible for ensuring that vehicles are delivered and collected to clients premises in a timely and efficient manner Ensuring vehicles prepared for delivery are thoroughly checked before delivery Preparing defleet and end of contract vehicles for resale Ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately within the yard and kept secure at all times Maintaining effective communication with the Depot office at all times Agreeing condition of vehicle with client on delivery or collection and completing paperwork and photography routines to support this using tablet device Liaising with client regarding delivery times and locations General assistance in the depot and yard as required

Skills / Experience

You will have a valid Driving Licence Ideally, you'll have some basic mechanical knowledge and be the kind of person who responds to customers with the utmost care and attention, providing the highest level of service to contribute positively to the growth of the branch. You'll be a great team player, assisting other team members in their roles when required. You will also be confident in driving a wide variety of different vehicle types.
