Designer Contracts is the UK's largest flooring contractor operating across 13 regional facilities. As well as floor covering, the company provides curtains and blinds, furniture and lighting.

Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Driver with Warehouse Duties to join our friendly team based in Exeter.

Salary -

26,250 plus bonus

Type -

Permanent, Full Time

Working Pattern -

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

This role involves loading and unloading goods from company and manufacturer vehicles and assisting in the warehouse as and when required.


We are looking for a strong team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.

Other key areas of responsibilities include:

Delivering correct merchandise to the correct delivery address Responsible for receiving goods into warehouse Responsible for labelling goods Ensure goods are stored in correct locations Sell goods to the public from the shop display. Carry out general housekeeping duties Ensure warehouse and merchandise security Assist with loading and unloading merchandise from Company and Manufacturers vehicles Assist with building furniture

Key Requirements:

Accuracy & attention to detail Good literacy & numeric skills, including ability to complete paperwork thoroughly. Work well under pressure Excellent communication skills
