About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver/Warehouse Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our 3.5-tonne van to carry out deliveries and collections as required. The position also involves assisting in the warehouse and factory, so a flexible positive and friendly attitude is essential as delivering goods to our long standing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely drive and operate a 3.5t van for deliveries and collections.
Assist with various tasks in the warehouse and factory as needed.
Load and unload goods, ensuring they are handled with care.
Maintain the vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
Have a positive, solution based attitude at all times.
Working well with our established team to achieve on time deliveries (OTDs).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with a 3.5t van.
A valid UK driving license with no serious convictions.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different tasks.
Ability work within a fast paced environment, being agile to delivery schedule changes.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
