Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a driver in the Plumbing & Heating merchant industry. The role requires strong enthusiasm for selling and building relationships with customers and suppliers. We are looking for an individual that wants to win everyday in a competitive and fast paced industry. This is a new branch opening for the business which is on a trajectory to the top. We will have to create a welcoming atmosphere which we want to be a destination for our customer to build a community. We will be holding lots of staff and customer events over the coming months to really make our stamp on a new area for the business. When we say we do things differently we mean it, have you ever known of a merchant that have their own Gin and beer!

We work closely with our chosen charities which we can choose locally but have a great relationship with Great Ormond Street Hospital as a business and are proud to have raised over 1m.

The role has a great opportunity for development and succession planning, you won't be restricted to certain tasks as you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of branch management.

Duties:

- Deliver goods to our customers

- Pick and load the vehicle for deliveries

- Unload Supplier deliveries, book in and put stock away.

- Win customers from the area by building relationships and giving a great customer experience

- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively

Skills:

- Knowledge of Plumbing and heating

-Driving License

- Confidence in talking to customers.
- Eagerness for learning and growing within our business
