Duties

Load and unload goods, ensuring items are secured properly on vehicles Support with the organisation and management of warehouse stock related to deliveries Driver to adher to all road safety regulations and traffic laws Communicate effectively with clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance needs Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues or minor repairs when necessary Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times during loading, unloading, and transit

Qualifications

Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with pick-up and trailer Knowledge of driving regulations and safety procedures within the UK Must be 25+ for insurance Mechanical knowledge or basic vehicle maintenance skills are desirable Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members A valid driver's licence is required Experience with delivery routes and logistics planning is beneficial Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks efficiently

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
