At Adapt Formwork, we provide formwork solutions to the construction industry.

Successful candidates

Will be honest trustworthy and reliable and will work as part of the team within the yard of Adapt Formwork Ltd. Your main role will be a driver of our pick up truck. When not driving you will learn the skills needed to clean, repair and maintain the formwork system that the company supplies to the construction industry.

Duties will include but won't be limited to primarily driving, painting of component cages, organising the work area so that it works efficiently, washing the Formwork panel system using an industrial jet wash, scraping concrete off, painting of the panels, repairing and logging any damages to the panel faces or frames, general housekeeping and yard organisation.

Hours of work are 8 am till 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Overtime will be paid at time and a third per hour.

You will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday per year including bank holidays, this will be pro-rata depending on the date you start.
