We're looking for enthusiastic Drive-Thru Crew Members to join our team and provide a fast, friendly, and efficient service.

Role Overview:

As a Drive-Thru Crew Member, you'll be the first point of contact for customers using our drive-thru service. You'll take orders, serve food, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Your energy and efficiency will help create an excellent experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly at the drive-thru window and take their orders accurately. Handle payments at the till, ensuring cash and card transactions are correct. Prepare and package food orders quickly while maintaining high quality standards. Ensure the drive-thru area is clean, organised, and well-stocked. Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt order preparation. Address customer queries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Always follow health and safety and food hygiene regulations.

What We're Looking For:

A positive, friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, ensuring orders are accurate and well-presented. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
