in Surrey, the biggest brand centre worldwide of the first and most iconic automotive brand. We have driving circuits for high-performance and off-road driving experiences, a wide collection of new and historic cars, exhibitions, simulators, restaurants, a cinema and many other attractions.
This role will be working with the track team, Brooklands Driving Experiences (BDE), in a friendly close-knit environment who love working together and love what they do.
You will be responsible for guiding and supervising guests arriving for track, off-road and non-licence holder driving experiences. Throughout the day you will look after a vast number of guests ensuring they have an enjoyable day with us. Training will be provided to assist in keeping you up to date with our range of experiences and vehicles on fleet.
Strong organisation, time management and communication skills will be needed to provide a warm welcome, friendly and courteous introduction to the experiences, and to take guests through the check in, safety briefings and initial car set up prior to their driving activities.
After training you will work as part of an extremely fast paced, enthusiastic and highly professional team, who enjoy meeting and communicating with all kinds of people. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and professionalism. Previous experience in a Customer Service faced role is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and prepare guests for their driving experiences.
Ensure safety briefing is completed and risk acknowledgements are signed.
Supervise guests while awaiting arrival of Driving Specialist.
Assist with customer queries.
Product specialism and an in depth knowledge of the full vehicle and product range.
Be fully familiar with procedures and responsibilities.
Understand and deliver BDE core values and philosophies.
Support Mercedes-Benz World staff, rest of BDE team and strategic objectives.
