We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and support within our hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of skills, including commercial driving, mechanical knowledge and background working in a kitchen environment, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly. Operate delivery vehicles, ensuring safe transportation of goods to various locations. Utilise flatbed vehicles for transporting larger items, adhering to all safety regulations. Maintain communication with team members and management regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Assist in operations, including inventory management and stock organisation Conduct routine checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working order, reporting any mechanical issues as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a driver or in a similar role is advantageous. Valid driving licence with the ability to operate commercial vehicles is required. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting vehicle issues. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members and customers. Experience in warehouse operations would be an asset. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is highly valued.
