We're looking for a Driving Range Assistant to join our vibrant team at our modern golf driving range. But here's the twist -- you don't need to know a thing about golf. What matters most is your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.


What you'll be doing:


Deliver outstanding service at the bar and with table service to our range bays
Welcome our guests and arrive their bookings at our driving range reception
Support customers with Trackman technology - offering advice and troubleshooting when needed
Ensure the safety of all guests using the driving range and compliance with range ball policies
Monitor and maintain top-quality hire clubs and range balls - removing any damaged equipment
Open and close the driving range with professionalism and care
Uphold and enforce BGL's company policies and procedures, including food hygiene, alcohol service, stock control, and health & safety
Keep the range and facilities spotless, welcoming, and in top condition
Collaborate with your team to quickly resolve any operational issues
Report any maintenance concerns promptly
Take on any additional duties as requested by management


About you:


Over 18 years of age (essential due to the sale of alcohol)
Energetic and enthusiastic with a proactive mindset
A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Team player who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves
Tech-savvy and happy to guide customers through our Trackman system
Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
