We're looking for a compassionate, organised and motivated
Team Leader
to join our
New Vision Bradford
service. You'll lead a small team of recovery, project and group workers who make a real difference every day.
What you'll do
Provide day-to-day guidance, motivation and supervision to your team, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Work directly with people who use our services -- one-to-one, in groups and in the community -- helping them make positive lifestyle changes.
Build trusting relationships with individuals and families, empowering them to improve their health, wellbeing and social situation.
Collaborate with colleagues and partners to continuously improve the quality of our recovery services.
Keep clear, confidential and accurate records to support safe, effective practice.
About you
We're looking for someone who brings both heart and skill to leadership. You'll have:
A qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 3 or above)
or
significant relevant experience
At least one year's experience supporting people affected by alcohol or drug use, individually or in groups
Experience supervising or managing others in a caring or recovery-focused environment
Confidence using digital tools to manage caseloads and communication.
A calm, empathetic approach to conflict and a belief that
everyone can change
