Laundry Online Tayside is a well-established professional laundry and dry cleaning service. We offer a wide range of laundry services and are looking for a dedicated Dry Cleaner to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating dry cleaning machines and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
Sorting and cleaning garments based on fabric type and care instructions
Inspecting garments for stains, damages, and defects, and taking necessary actions to treat them
Folding and packing cleaned items carefully and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Providing excellent customer service when needed, ensuring customer satisfaction
Managing stock of cleaning supplies and notifying management when restocks are needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a dry cleaning or laundry service environment preferred, but not essential
Knowledge of garment care and fabric types
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
