About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy dry-cleaning business. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the dry cleaners, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards. Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve performance targets and maintain a positive work environment. Accurately enter and manage customer and operational data on the computer system. Monitor quality control processes to ensure garments are cleaned and finished to the highest standard. Drive sales and actively seek new business opportunities and leads. Implement and oversee procedures for efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, maintaining strong client relationships. Monitor and manage stock, supplies, and equipment. Report regularly to senior management on performance, targets, and areas for improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

Previous management or supervisory experience (retail, dry cleaning, hospitality, or similar industry preferred). Knowledge of dry cleaning processes is desirable but not essential (training will be provided). Confident in using computer systems for data entry and reporting

Pay: 25,000.00-32,000.00 per year
