We are seeking a skilled Dry Liner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of plasterboard and other materials to create internal walls and ceilings. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes. The Dry Liner will work on various projects, ensuring that all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.

Duties

Install plasterboard to walls and ceilings, ensuring precise alignment and secure fixing. Prepare surfaces by measuring, cutting, and shaping materials as required. Apply finishing touches such as jointing compounds and tape to create smooth surfaces ready for painting or decoration. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and plumbers, to ensure seamless integration of services within the structures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. Conduct repairs or modifications as necessary during the project lifecycle.

Skills

Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship. Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good physical fitness as the role involves manual handling and working in various positions.
