We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dryliner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in constructing and finishing interior walls and ceilings using plasterboard. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to read and interpret schematics, and proficiency in using hand tools. The Dryliner will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
Install plasterboard on walls and ceilings in accordance with specifications.
Fabricate and build frameworks for drylining, ensuring structural integrity.
Conduct finishing work, including taping, jointing, and sanding to achieve a smooth surface.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and carpenters, to ensure seamless integration of services.
Read and interpret schematics to accurately execute designs.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Use hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fitting materials.
Assist with masonry work as required to support drylining tasks.

Driver's license compulsor.
Experience
Proven experience as a Dryliner or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Familiarity with electrical systems is advantageous but not essential.
Experience in carpentry or painting is beneficial.
Knowledge of masonry techniques is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
