Job Title: DSAR & CRA Specialist
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours between 8am and 6pm
Salary: \xc2\xa324000-\xc2\xa326000 and up to 20% bonus and benefits
Location: Blackpool, this role will support hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days working from the office.

The key focus of the role is to respond to any Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) that have been submitted within regulatory timescales and deal with all Credit Reference Agency (CRA) file submissions and disputes for the Bank. Dealing with all GDPR Rights Requests is also a key aspect of the role.

The successful applicant will be expected to manage their time for this involving and time sensitive role to ensure all deadlines are achieved. This often involves reviewing extensive, complex and sensitive requests thoroughly, applying appropriate redactions where necessary.

Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Our Team

The role is part of the Bank\'s Complaints Team, based out of Blackpool.

What you will be working on:

  • Individual performance and contribution to achieve KPI\'s set by the business/team.

  • Ensuring all DSAR\'s and CRA activities are dealt with within SLA.
What we\'re looking for:
Essential:
  • The ability to identify gaps and problems in existing practices and implement rectifications and solutions.
  • The ability to engage professionally with key stakeholders in all relevant internal and external teams.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time/diary management skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
  • An ability to problem solve and make decisions.
  • Someone with a proactive nature who can deliver exceptional customer service.
Desirable:
  • An understanding of ICO regulations and how the Credit Reference Agencies work.
  • A thorough understanding of the requirements of confidentiality and GDPR including a working knowledge of the different GDPR rights requests.
