Position Overview

The Programme Associate plays an essential supporting role within Ralph Lauren's EMEA DTC Programme Management team, assisting the DTC Senior Programme Manager and wider team in the coordination and administration of the regional DTC programme portfolio.



This role supports the smooth operation of programme activities, including intake tracking, governance reporting, roadmap maintenance, and cross-functional communication. The Programme Associate ensures information flows effectively between business stakeholders, the DTC Project Management team, and Global Product and Platform partners.



The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong interest in DTC programme management and digital commerce operations.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Programme Coordination & Support



Support the DTC Senior Programme Manager in the coordination of the regional DTC Portfolio. Maintain and update key programme documents, dashboards, and trackers to ensure visibility of all ongoing DTC initiatives at the programme level. Assist with tracking dependencies, milestones, and risks across the portfolio. Support the preparation of programme reports, summaries, and presentations for governance and stakeholder meetings. Help coordinate programme-level meetings and forums, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and action follow-up.

Intake & Planning



Supports the intake and documentation process for roadmap items, projects, and new initiatives across EMEA, ensuring all submissions are captured, reviewed, and aligned to strategic priorities. Ensure submissions are logged, documented, and routed to the appropriate teams for review. Track status and updates through to prioritisation and inclusion on the DTC roadmap. Maintain records of intake decisions and ensure relevant documentation is up to date.

Stakeholder Communication



Act as a central point of contact for general programme-related queries and documentation requests. Support communication between business teams, DTC Project Managers, and the Global Product and Platform organisation. Help prepare clear, concise updates for internal stakeholders to support transparency across the DTC Programme.

Process & Delivery Support



Contribute to the continuous improvement of programme management tools, templates, and reporting processes. Assist in collating data and metrics to measure programme performance and delivery outcomes.







Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

2-3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role within eCommerce, retail, or DTC environments. * Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
