, specialists in sustainable waste management solutions. This unique dual role offers the opportunity to work across complementary industries, building strong relationships and delivering value-driven solutions to a diverse range of commercial and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, and facilities management.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Attend networking events and meetings on behalf of both businesses.
Product & Service Promotion
Promote and sell Workstuff UK's range of high-quality workwear and PPE.
Consultatively sell Bakers Environmental Solutions' waste management and recycling services.
Understand client needs to offer tailored product and service packages.
Territory Management
Manage a designated sales territory, meeting agreed KPIs and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline updates via CRM systems.
Cross-Selling & Strategic Selling
Leverage relationships to identify cross-selling opportunities between workwear/PPE and waste management services.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
Industry Insight
Keep up to date with health and safety regulations, industry trends, and sustainability initiatives relevant to both sectors.
Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B field sales, ideally in workwear, PPE, environmental services, or related sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently across different locations.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Skills
Experience selling to facilities management, construction, manufacturing, or public sector clients.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Understanding of health & safety compliance and environmental regulations.
