Overview

We are seeking a dual qualified Air Conditioning Engineer and Electrician to join our team. F-Gas Certification and 18th Edition Electrical Qualification or similar required.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems, with a focus on air conditioning. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across our portfolio of residential and commercial property.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Undertake electrical installations, electrical repairs, test certificates and general electrician duties on our existing portfolio of residential and commercial property. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate accurate installations and repairs. Perform equipment repairs and troubleshoot malfunctions effectively to minimise downtime for our tenants. Collaborate with construction teams to integrate air conditioning systems into new builds or renovations. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Skills

Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge related to air conditioning systems and their components. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation. Expertise in equipment repair, particularly within HVAC systems. Solid understanding of maintenance practices for air conditioning units. Familiarity with construction processes related to HVAC installations is advantageous.
