We now have an exciting opportunity for an

experienced Manager

to step into a Dual-Registered

Manager

role, leading two small homes that make a big difference in the lives

of our children.

These two homes are with children, not teenagers.

As a

Dual Registered Manager

, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of children in our care. Working closely with a supportive operations team, you will:

Ensure our homes meet and exceed the

Children's Homes Regulations

and quality standards. Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team. Deliver exceptional care and support that empowers children to overcome challenges and thrive. Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to drive continuous improvement. Work and support in a DDP approach-

A trainer from the DDP network will train you in levels 1 and 2.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced

Manager

seeking to advance their career.

What We're Looking For

?

Level 3 Apprenticeship for Children, Young People (or NVQ equivalent)

?

Desired:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or working towards it)
? Proven experience as a

Registered/Home Manager

in a children's care setting
? Strong knowledge of the

Children's Homes Regulations

? Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team
? A caring, empathetic, and resilient approach
