We're looking for a

Registered Manager

who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like.



We're looking for a passionate Registered Manager to Dual Register our two services In St Neots. The homes are located directly next to one another and support in total of 14 adults with LD/ASD/MH needs.

Your Role as a Registered Manager:

leader, an advocate, and a driving force

for positive change. Your role is vital in shaping lives of both the people in our care and the team around you.

Experienced as a Registered Manager of a larger home or multi-site expereince Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Demonstrates positive values Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
