About The Role:

Shift Pattern:

07:00am - 19:00pm or 19:00pm - 07:00am

Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security threats. Conduct regular patrols, access control, and incident management. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities. Ensure accurate reporting of all incidents and maintain detailed logs. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and emergency services when required. Operate CCTV systems in line with GDPR and industry regulations.

Requirements

Must hold a valid SIA Security Licence and SIA CCTV Licence. Previous experience in security and CCTV operations is preferred. Strong observational and analytical skills. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure. Good communication and report-writing skills. Flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)
