Job Title: Dual Security Relief Officer

Location: Castle Quay Shopping Centre, Banbury

Pay Rate: 13.18 per hour

Hours: Full-time, Days and Nights

Your job will include:

As a Dual Security relief officer, you will cover holiday, sickness and overtime shifts. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Castle Quay Shopping Centre in Banbury, including it's tenants and customers, as well as carrying out light cleaning duties during the night. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include;

Patrolling of a shopping centre including the surrounding area Performing regular health and safety checks Light cleaning duties which include cleaning the mall floor, toilets and car park Providing a safe environment for shoppers in all public areas Liaising with Store Managers and local authorities Regular and accurate report writing Dealing with first aid situations when they arise Carrying out any other reasonable management requests Proactive interaction with the general public offering superb customer service at all times Following site procedures as agreed in the SLA
As a Security Officer, you will need:

Valid SIA Licence and First Aid certification A valid CCTV Licence You must be flexible Highly motivated Excellent customer service skills
