Dual-Site Practice Management Position - Dental Beauty Northfields (W13) & Bedfont (TW14)

Full Time Position - Maternity Cover Position - 6-9 Months

Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable practices in Bedfont & Northfields. This is a great opportunity to lead two dedicated practices teams, alongside the practice Partner, Dr. Adam Silan

Dental Beauty Bedfont & Northfields are award-winning practices located in West London, offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS & Privately. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a fantastic practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office functions & a Regional Operations Manager from day one in the role.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge Commercial drive; planning & driving initiatives designed to improve revenue for the practice, in line with KPI measurables which you'll have full access to review Deal promptly with issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions Deliver staff training & development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing

About the role:

We are looking for a full-time practice manager for this opportunity

This position is a temporary role covering maternity leave, and will run for roughly 6-9 months. However due to the size of the group and how quickly we are expanding, there will likely be permanent opportunities within the group

Benefits:

Highly competitive salary of up to 45K is on offer, varying dependent upon prior experience & qualifications

You will also have access to a performance related annual bonus of up to 20% of your salary, based on key metrics for the practice

About you:

We are ideally looking for a candidate with a Dental Management background, in either mixed or private dentistry

Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience Commerciality is key! We are looking for a candidate who is confident in leading on practice performance calls, reviewing their own P&L accounts and implementing strategies to ensure improvements are made Experience with managing compliance systems and CQC Dentally software experience is preferrable DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
