Job Overview
BCS is a specialist provider of ductwork cleaning services operating nationwide. We are expanding our field-based delivery teams and are seeking experienced Ductwork Cleaning Technicians capable of leading operational delivery across multiple sites. Candidates must be competent, self-driven, and confident working in a mobile, fast-paced environment.
Duties
Delivery of end-to-end cleaning of all types of ductwork systems across commercial, industrial, and specialist environments.
Execution of work to technical and safety standards, including site setup, risk controls, and post-clean verification.
Proactive identification of access requirements, safe work methods, and correct use of tools, equipment, and PPE.
Driving of company vehicles to jobs nationwide, ensuring efficient logistics and professional client-facing conduct
Experience
Previous experience in ductwork cleaning is essential.
Full UK driving licence is a core requirement.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively in small teams.
Capability to operate in high-demand, mobile working environments.
Working hours are variable in line with client requirements. Work is nationwide and candidates must be willing to travel extensively, including regular overnight stays. Deployment patterns may include early starts, late finishes, and multi-day assignments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 150.00-200.00 per day
