Location:

Raynes Park, SW20 (SW20 9EB)

Salary:

80,000 - 90,000 per annum

Bonus:

10,000 Registration Bonus

(5k per home)

The Opportunity



Are you a high-calibre Registered Manager looking for a unique leadership challenge with significant financial rewards? We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the registration and long-term management of two brand-new, small residential children's homes in Raynes Park.

This is a rare

"turnkey" opportunity

. Unlike most new openings, the operational heavy lifting has already been completed:

Logistical Efficiency:

Both homes are located next door to each other, allowing for seamless oversight and a single-site management feel.

Fully Staffed:

Full staff teams for both homes have already been recruited and are ready for your leadership.

RI Support:

A dedicated Responsible Individual (RI) is already in post to support you through the Ofsted registration process and beyond.

Financial & Professional Incentives



Registration Bonus:

5,000 paid upon the successful registration of eachservice (10,000 total).

High Salary:

A market-leading base salary of 80k-90k, reflecting the dual responsibility of the role.

Core Responsibilities



Ofsted Registration:

Leading the registration application and "Fit Person" interview for both services.

Quality Standards:

Implementing "Good" or "Outstanding" practices from day one, ensuring both homes meet the Children's Homes Regulations (2015).

Clinical Leadership:

Mentoring and developing the pre-recruited staff teams to provide high-quality therapeutic care for young people with EBD.

Operational Excellence:

Managing rotas, budgets, and safeguarding protocols across the two adjacent sites.

Requirements



Experience:

Proven track record as a Registered Manager within a Children's Residential setting (specifically EBD).

Qualifications:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Registration History:

A successful history of Ofsted registrations or "Good/Outstanding" inspection outcomes.

Mindset:

A proactive leader who thrives in a startup environment but appreciates having the foundational team and RI support already in place.
