We're looking for a reliable

Dumper Driver who can also help with drainage works

. Join a busy, long-term team where your skills really matter.

What You'll Need to Do:

Read and understand basic site drawings and instructions Help set up trench boxes, drag boxes, and manhole boxes Use pipe lasers correctly Lay concrete, clay, and plastic pipes of all sizes, making sure they're tested and laid on the right bed and surround Assist with water management on site, including choosing and setting up the right pump Backfill trenches properly and safely Help with benching manholes Work safely around live services and follow service-avoidance procedures Support external works (kerbs, edgings, slabs, block paving) when needed Know the correct materials and methods for drainage, road build-ups, kerbing, paving, and general external works Carry out daily pre-start checks on the dumper and report maintenance needs in good time

Desirable Skills:

Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets - Telehandler, Roller, or other plant 5-10+ years of groundwork experience Experience working as part of a productive gang/team
