Duty and assessment Social Worker -Hybrid working \xe2\x80\x93 up to \xc2\xa348/ hr
Nonstop Care are currently working with a Local Authority in the South west of England who are looking for a social worker to join their Duty and assessment team.
This position offers hybrid working, offering you the flexibility to manage your own caseload in the comfort of your own home leading to less stress and better work/life balance
This opportunity uniquely offers exclusive rates up to ( \xc2\xa348/hr) and an accommodation allowance, which means you will be among the highest paid social workers in the area, giving you more disposable income.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with families and partners to assess and manage risk, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working collaboratively with other professionals in multi-disciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with national and local policies and
- Flexible hybrid working
- Great pay up to \xc2\xa348/hr
- Close-knit team
- On going contract
- ASAP start

- Accommodation allowance
- An accredited qualified social work degree.
- Understand and apply the knowledge of the legal, social, economic, and ecological context of social work practice.
- Current professional registration with Social Work England.
- Post-qualified experience within children services, ideally within Children Safeguarding teams.
- Drivers license.
