About The Role:

We are looking for Duty Managers to oversee the safe, efficient and high?quality delivery of cabin cleaning services for a prestigious airline. You will lead frontline teams during your shift, ensure aircraft are cleaned to exceptional standards, and help maintain smooth turnaround performance in a fast?paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage shift?based delivery of aircraft presentation for the airline. Lead, support and motivate frontline teams to achieve high standards and on?time performance. Ensure all cleaning tasks meet operational requirements, service levels and safety standards. Work closely with Virgin Atlantic operations, crew and turnaround teams to resolve issues quickly. Conduct quality checks, support audits and take action to address any performance gaps. Support rostering, resource allocation and real?time operational decision?making. Maintain Health & Safety compliance and promote a safe working culture. Provide clear handovers and ensure consistent communication between shifts.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in aviation, facilities management, soft services or other fast?paced operational roles. Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct frontline teams. Excellent communication and problem?solving skills. Highly organised, calm under pressure and confident making quick decisions. Committed to delivering quality, safety and exceptional service. Aligned with OCS's TRUE values Undergo vetting to CAA standards and security clearance, must have right to work in the UK.
