About the Roles

We're hiring for two key leadership positions across

Haslemere and Farnham

:

Supervisor (Senior Therapist)

You're confident in your treatments, respected by your team, and ready to lead by example. You'll support the salon's flow, coach junior therapists, and help maintain Mooeys' signature standards.

Duty Manager (Assistant Manager)

You're one step closer to becoming a Salon Manager - or maybe you already have been one. You'll take on more responsibility, lead team meetings, own salon performance during manager absences, and be a true right-hand to leadership.

Both roles include:

Delivering top-notch treatments Leading by example with kindness and professionalism Supporting daily salon operations, stock control & rota planning Guiding team communication and morale Handling client care, service issues and bookings

What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 2 ideally, however can accept certificates with experience 2+ years of salon experience (including leadership or mentoring) Confident in waxing and nail treatments Strong interpersonal and communication skills A team player who loves helping others succeed Cool under pressure, with a "we've got this" attitude Open to feedback, learning, and professional growth
