Role Overview
Employment Type:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule:
5 days over 7 (including weekends); flexibility required
This is a hands-on position supporting both warehouse and shop floor operations. You will oversee daily activities, manage stock, and work collaboratively across departments to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Leadership
Provide professional, friendly service to all customers
Resolve customer queries and issues promptly
Foster teamwork and uphold high service standards
Stock & Product Management
Ensure accurate product pricing and signage
Monitor and rotate stock to maintain freshness
Assist with stock counts and maintain organised storage areas
Team Development
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Share knowledge to strengthen team capability and performance
Operations & Safety
Adhere to hygiene, food handling, and health & safety standards
Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised work areas
Provide operational support across departments as needed
Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience
Supervisory or team-leading experience (preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Able to motivate others and work collaboratively
Personal Attributes
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
Calm, professional communicator
Flexible with working hours, including weekends
Interested in a long-term role (12 months or more preferred)
