24,100.34 per annum

37.5 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable

Duty Manager

to join our team! If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, thrive in a busy environment, and enjoy supporting a team, this could be the perfect role for you.

:

Oversee the smooth running of shifts, including reception duties and customer care. Prepare sports facilities for user groups and ensure equipment is well maintained. Handle bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate records. Support and delegate duties to other staff members. Take responsibility for the cafe area, ensuring cleanliness, stock checks, pricing, and overall presentation are up to standard. Serve in the cafe and carry out general cleaning across both venues as needed. Attend and contribute to management meetings. Ensure compliance with health and safety, first aid, fire safety, and building security standards.

What We're Looking For:

A team player with great communication skills. Someone who can lead by example and support others. Flexible and hands-on, with a can-do attitude. Previous experience in a similar environment is a plus.
