Duties

Supervise staff to ensure training .evaluation & performance are paramount. To maintain & enhance the standards in the venue & customer experience. Manage bookings & private functions . To take responsibility for social media ..marketing ..and events Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards of service. To be calm & professional at all times To main a strong working relationship with suppliers and have a good knowledge of cost control ..

Experience

Must have 2 years experience. Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts constructively. Experience in human resources functions such as recruitment, training, or employee relations is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality management systems .cctv. Tills ect .. A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. This role requires a committed professional eager to lead by example while ensuring our guests receive outstanding service in a welcoming environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 2,900.00-32,000.00 per year
