Duty Manager

, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our store. You'll be the go-to leader on shift, ensuring our teams are supported, our customers are delighted, and our operations run smoothly. Whether it's stepping in to resolve an issue, motivating the team, or making sure shelves are stocked and standards are high, you'll be right at the heart of the action. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver a brilliant shopping experience and ensure our store is a great place to work.

What you'll bring:



Experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment. Confidence in handling customer queries and team challenges. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
