DAY TIME SHIFTS

We are Two Magpies Bakery, an award-winning company with sites across Suffolk and Norfolk. We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our team in our Holt site.

The ideal person will have a big passion for customer service and be able to serve our guests in a friendly, efficient and personable manner. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for:

Efficient table service Training the team to company standards Maintaining EHO & H&S standards within the cafe Supervising the opening and closing shifts Supporting the General Manager with stock rotation & communication to our product department Reporting on and supporting daily sales forecasts Monitoring and supporting daily labour forecasts Daily & weekly ordering Cashing handling and banking takings
The role will require you to work in areas of the cafe, such as behind the counter, making coffees and supporting in the kitchen. We are looking for someone that can provide excellent customer service, has a great 'can do' attitude and has an excellent eye for detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
